In that case, Perks99 may collect your credit card’s last four (4) digits and/or customer verification number for account information and verification purposes only. It will, in no case, have your complete credit card information.

We endeavor to limit our requests for Personally Identifiable Information to information we believe is reasonably necessary to achieve our purposes as described in the “Information Use” section below.
